Cottonsoft has today announced it will acquire Gracefield Paper NZ Ltd as at 1 April 2010 in a bid to expand its business into the Away From Home (AFH) market.

 

All 15 Gracefield staff members will be retained with the acquisition as they are pivotal to ensuring customers receive the level of service they are accustomed to. Terry Tree, General Manager of Gracefield, will continue to lead the new AFH division at Cottonsoft.....
